■Features of BioZone BioZone is compact and space-saving (270x220x102mm), yet effective for areas up to 70 square meters (approximately 38 tatami mats) with no chemicals, making it a product that is friendly to both people and the environment. The main function utilizes ultraviolet light, with two types of photoplasma technology at 185nm and 254nm, to purify the contaminated air drawn in from the back of the unit and exhaust it from the front. Additionally, the low-concentration ozone generated by the 185nm UV irradiation spreads throughout the room, helping to suppress viruses. Maintenance consists of only a lamp replacement once a year, and even with 24-hour daily use, the electricity cost is approximately 10 yen, making it economical. ■What is low-concentration ozone?
